The service is perfect not far from the cruise terminal. It was the member of staff's first day opening the store he did amazing amd was very polite

Staff where great we where scottish guys travelling needed to store case they made it simple for us at dtore we lost our tickey but on proof of email and qr code guy was happy to help was hesitant of service havent nvr used it but it worked well and only 15 mins from jfk was ideal
It was a little hard to find (the main entrance to the metro was closed), but they were very kind and helpful. Don’t forget to pick up before 6pm!
