Just what I needed to store my 2 bags while I went up Mount Fuji for 2 days. And then I put Mount Fuji in 1 big suitcase bag and stored it for 8 days while I traveled Japan with my smaller bag. Location is the best possible location if you take the highway bus to Mount Fuji and also after traveling Japan the Shinjuki station is easy to reach
Despite the fact that we had to wait for it to open at 9.30 everything else was great, quick on good service, very polite and helpful.

Incredibly nice staff. The only downside was that the storage was downstairs without an elevator or escalator, but the staff helped us with carrying the luggage when they noticed we had problems.
