I arrived to the hotel early and there was storage for my luggage. Which I really appreciated. Drop off and pick up was easy. I was able to go to eat and shop near by to kill time before I went back to check in 😊

Paulo is very accommodating. Walking distance from Rideau Center and and i find opening time convenient since we have to drop off our stuff early in the morning.
