Easy to find, the only one flower shop in building on the first floor. On the opposite site from the train street. Also lots of shops. Staff is friendly and helping to put luggage....

Convenient and secure luggage storage! The locker is easy to use, and the location is good. Just quick and reliable service.
Excellent service and highly appreciated. But really need to highlight on google business/google maps that the luggage storage is in the actual hotel. I walked around looking for "Bounce" signage and only confirmed the location by quickly looking at previous reviews on Google. Really loved the efficiency of booking the Bounce service online (1min) and just having a QR code to show.

Very clean location. Staff was professional & courteous. We felt very safe leaving our luggage at Elisa’s while we spent the day exploring Salzburg.
