The facility is very conveniently located at Astra Condo in the Tour and Ticket Office. Staff very friendly :)
Communication was very easy and contacting them by WhatsApp is possible too. Very easy going, a lot of CCTV and guards at the building and friendly staff.
The staff knew exactly why I was there before I even had time to ask! They were super quick and smiley, very clear about what to do and made me feel very safe. Would use again!
Appreciate the staff was there ready to receive and return my bag. Also, needed to place something inside the bag the day after dropping off and they readily accommodated this.

I had no issues storing my bags overnight. Friendly host and the bags are stored in a separate room.
