Very efficient! Safe neighbourhood - I needed to go to Harvard to watch a sporting event and was very grateful for this location to leave my bags and not have to lug them around! Staff was very friendly and kept the bags secured in back.

Easy to find, friendly staff and flexible pick up and drop off. We were 20 minutes early to drop off and probably the same for pickup but they didn’t care. Great team.
