Excellent. It really saved our backs not having to carry our heavy backpacks while on tour through lovely Parma.
The lady was friendly and pleasant, making it easy for both parties. The location is of most convenience - few minutes away from airport shuttle services and Milano Centrale. You can also grab a coffee or a snack and catch your breath up, while there.

We were impressed with the service provided by the store. The location is very convenient when heading to Heathrow on the Elizabeth line. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bags were stored out of the shop area to offer greater security. We would certainly use again if the need arises.

Its a cafeteria Filo cafeteria just ask inside.
