Staff so helpful and very friendly, very pleased with the 2 guys in the store today,
one of the only locations in southend offering luggage storage service…must be noted they really do close at 17:30, so may not be suitable for travellers wanting to wander late

The two girls were excellent. Real assets to the company. They were both friendly and helpful. Also, having never used this service before was a little concerned leaving my suitcases. However, they explained they would be kept in a locked area which has a security camera facing the locked door. They also provided cable locks. Really impressed and will definitely be using this service again when needed.
