Space for big luggage. Nice people speaking English. Not far from the train station. All perfect!

This location was open on a Sunday, when many were not. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great: just across the street from Washington/Wells which gives you access to many lines including the Orange Line to Midway, or three blocks from Washington station where you can hop on the Blue Line to O'Hare. I stashed my luggage for my last day of sight-seeing before my late afternoon flight, and was able to retrieve my bag and get to the airport in record time. Highly recommend.

I was a bit confused about the address, but overall very convenient!

Way easier than I expected as I've never used a service like this before. Walking distance to all the touristy spots. Easy to find. Got my bag back safe and sound.

Easy to check in and retrieve. All bags were kept well for the day. Also a great market which has all the necessities!
