Storage was upstairs in a building. Location was super easy from the train station and close! Both Simone and Elisa were wonderful. I had trouble with my Bounce account and wasn’t getting messages and Elisa came down to find me and help us up. Bags were stored in a different location from the lobby at check in. Pics were taken for security. We needed to adjust our bag total and it was simple through the app. Communication with hosts were great throughout the whole process. When we were ready for pick up we forgot to notify 45 minutes ahead but Simone was helpful and came to release our bags so we could make our train. We had a great experience and was new to bounce so it was a pleasant and convenient service!
Our train from Riomaggiore was cancelled twice so we were 1 1/2 hours late. They waited for us though and we were able to pick up our luggage. It was above and beyond. Thank you! Thank you!
Literally the nicest man in Italy looked after our bags. Right next to the train station, super convenient, very safe. Would recommend 100%
