Easy, friendly, trustworthy! Very friendly and kind owner saw our reservation was for 1 bag too many and altered it to the correct number on site. Location note: If facing the galleria, take the left street to the location which is Bounce Garage. They have a luggage locker there.
Everything went great. Left our bags for a few days. Easy pickup when we got back.
The salon is on the second floor of a building that’s within 5 min walk from a metro station. There is a small elevator in the building so don’t worry about carrying heavy luggage up and down.
24/7 but your suitcase stays in the hallway (i guess that isnt a big problem in japan)
Really kind and friendly staff to help me when I had a question about storing an unexpected extra bag. Patient with me while I got the codes up to check in. Felt very safe because it is a hotel and conveniently located. They lock the door at 9pm but you can buzz the intercom, say who you are and collect your things easily!! Just head up to level one reception!! I will be using this location again if I ever need the service in the future.
