Drop off and pick-up were super fast and without issues ! Close to shinjuku station, staff was very friendly and spoke english. Elevator and corridor can get packed easily as building is very narrow , but I would use same storage service next time :)

Quick, simple, and just what we needed. Looks a bit odd that you're dropping off at a liquor store but the guy who checked us in was friendly, kept our stuff save and the process was painless. We didn't want to take ours bags into Disneyland so we opted for this service and it was perfect! Costed us less than trying to take our carry ones through Disney security and renting lockers.
