Drop off and pickup were so quick and simple. The staff at this location were fantastic!

Drop off and pick-up were super fast and without issues ! Close to shinjuku station, staff was very friendly and spoke english. Elevator and corridor can get packed easily as building is very narrow , but I would use same storage service next time :)
