Easy and quick drop off and pick up, the staff were very helpful and let us drop off earlier than the time I had booked.

The drop off is on the 4th floor via elevator, it took me a few minutes to find it at 9:30am. The place is very nice, the person greeted me, scanned my QR code and I picked up my bag later that day.
