Very friendly and efficient staff. I will definitely store my luggage with them again in the future when I'm transiting between Gatwick and Heathrow with a few hours to spend in central London.
Really nice people at the shop and nice experience all in all. The bags were hidden out of sight of the customers in a separate area. Also, the location is very close to the metro station petralona.
