It’s a little tucked away on 2F, but nothing unusual for Tokyo. Fairly easy process, I even changed the drop off time the morning of. Arrived, said hello, show QR & thats it. We picked bags up a little earlier too, not issues. I would use again & location was great. Nice to have a confirmed place to leave bags.

Very quick and easy drop off and pick up! It’s stored in a room so size doesn’t matter which is great because my suitcase would be too big for a locker. Easy QR code scan!
Very good experience. They put a number on my bag and had me photograph it then matched it up when I returned. Good system. Super concur Penn Station
