I was initially very skeptical about using Bounce. The price was almost too affordable, they don't restrict luggage sizes (a rarity in Japan!), and the concept of storing bags in a karaoke shop (Big Echo) seemed unusual. However, this service turned out to be absolutely fantastic and was the perfect solution for storing our large suitcases for a few days.
The online booking process was quick and easy. Finding the location was straightforward using their map, though note that there isn't a prominent "Bounce" sign outside the Big Echo karaoke shop—just head inside and the staff will know what you're there for.
The check-in and pick-up process couldn't have been simpler. You just show the QR code from your booking confirmation, and they handle the rest. It was efficient, secure, and the staff were friendly.
If you have oversized luggage and need flexible, affordable storage in Osaka, I cannot recommend Bounce highly enough. It completely exceeded our expectations and made our trip so much more convenient.
