Some information about bounce should be outside the hotel so that travellers can easily identify the location
Really easy. Didn't have the app download when I arrived but quickly made an account and reserved storage for my backpack.
Should be noted, and more a feature than a problem, the storage is the front desk of the hotel. Go straight there and they will help.
