Great people, very helpful, I would definitely use them again.
Super easy. Even during the restaurants “break” they said knock and they’d bring out the bags…which they did. Every major city should have this service. I was staying in the Ukyo Ward, which is about 30 minutes away from this area, and was transferring from Kyoto to my hotel in Osaka. This service meant not having to backtrack and hour round trip to get my things from my hotel., so that I could enjoy this more shopping happy part of the city. The convenience factor and cost are unmatched.
The staff was kind and spoke English. Everything went smoothly
Quick, easy and a short walk to the crystal city metro station let us enjoy the day in DC, but stop quickly and pick up our bags on the way to DCA
The facility is very conveniently located at Astra Condo in the Tour and Ticket Office. Staff very friendly :)
