Easy to find location about 5 mins from Penn station. Super friendly staff and all of our luggage was kept safe while we walked around the city for the day.

Excellent drop off and pickup. Bags were extremely secure and he was very kind and responsive to WhatsApp messages. He also gave us helpful hints navigating the city!!!
Perfect and friendly. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from centrale station.
Felt super secure and easy. We dropped our luggage here and took an easy stroll to pier 33 to catch the Alcatraz ferry. I felt comfortable leaving my items here where they took a photo of what I dropped and stored them in the back room. The shop has lots of souvenirs too.
Easy to use as always. Very accommodating to our timeline should you need to pick up early. Only issue was we selected 2 suitcases and 2 small bags and they claimed our 2 small bags weren’t “small” despite no issue at two other locations we had used across our 2 week trip. Cost us a couple of extra dollars, which is fine, but seems like a strange thing to have happened when it was no issue elsewhere.
