It’s the location is excellent as it’s right near Grand Central. It’s just a tiny deli and they leave the bags basically in the front of the store by the door, not in a locked area which turned out fine because there was no issue with my bag. However, if you have something that you would feel more comfortable behind a locked door perhaps it’s not the place for you. Everything was super easy and the people are really nice.

Great place to store your luggages near Shinjuku Station (10 mins walk). The staffs were kind and helpful, they even let me use the toilet while waiting for picking up my luggage

Extremely positive - they are on the third floor, but have an elevator, so no hassle to get your bags to their location - I was storing my bicycle bag, which is pretty large—they did not mind (as long as you reserve the odd-sized item!) - for both drop off and pick up they were immediately available. Great service! I would absolutely use this location for luggage storage again!
