The staff were super accommodating and helpful — even though we didn’t have an online booking, they still kindly allowed us to leave our luggage. Really appreciate their friendly attitude and smooth service 🙌 Just a tip: it’s better to make an online booking beforehand so everything’s ready when you arrive. The location is on the 5th floor and there’s an elevator, so don’t worry about carrying your luggage up the stairs. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for safe and convenient luggage storage in Shinjuku!
