We dropped our bags here twice in our holiday. The staff were so friendly and communicative, and the entire pick up/ drop off process was very easy.

The service was above and beyond, drop off and pick up was very easy and it was a secure place to store the luggage within the hotel overall very smooth experience and I wish if i can give more than five star if it has an option. Great work by the hotel staff as well as the bounce.
