Easy drop off and pick up. We looked our bags together beacuse all bags where in the same room. Extra plus for letting us use the toilet!
The location is super central: near Piazza Maggiore so you may drop the bags and enjoy the walk right from there
Not just the hotel but Bounce too. Provide identification tagsthat match the bag at dropoff.
