We booked again after coming back to Hanoi and only had a day trip. It was convenient to book our luggages to her gallery as it was near the places we wanted to visit. Right before we left, she offered to having our phones charged there, gave us free bottled water, use her toilet, and found us a driver to drive us to the airport. Will definitely book her gallery again when we come back to Hanoi! Lastly, 10/10 for the artworks she displays on her gallery, we bought 4 artworks from her and even gave us discount!
The lady was very accommodating and friendly to us. She even let us use the toilet and gave us bottled water before we leave after picking up our luggages. Also, location is easy to find and right in the middle of Old Quarter. Best place to store your luggages!
This place is close to Union station, absolutely safe to keep my bags while I was visiting de city, people is so kind.
