Good service. Easy to drop off and pick up. Use the QR code which the hotel reception staff scan when you drop off and pick up. Luggage is stored in a locked room in the hotel basement. All in order and nothing missing when we collected bags after 5 days.
Drop-off and pick-up was easy and fast. Personnel was friendly. The location is a souvenir shop. My luggage was stored in a back room, so out of sight from inside the store. Seemed to be safe.

Very nice people. Quick and easy bag storage, allowing one to meander around the city, unencumbered. Nice and cheap cocktails as well, to drink while waiting for your taxi
