He was so kind. My phone was dead, but the host stepped in and helped with the ID verification process so I could store my bags safely.
Easy pick up and drop off. Very quick process with no issues. Very close to the freedom trail!
The staff were lovely and made the whole process super easy! Just wish there was a little more signage to find the place but other than that, will definitely use again!
Friendly staff, easy drop off / pick up process had our bags in and out under 5 mins, and great security outside the store.
Great and convenient service! We had 14 bags and we were able to drop them off in 4 minutes and same with pick up. They gave us luggage tags so we could easily claim our bags after. Best thing about this place is that they’re available 24/7. Definitely recommend!
Friendly shop keeper, helpful with directions and any other questions about skytrain. Bags were safe and secure. No problems or issues. Highly recommend
