The two women working there were amazing. They let me use the bathroom, helped me charge my phone & let me stay at the cafe as well because my hotel room was not ready. They stored my back safely and the process was easy even though we didn’t speak the same language. 10/10

Was a little concerned that only 1 bag (out of 2) was tagged. Staff member quickly retrieved both bags when we went to collect them.

They are so nice. I contacted them because I might be late because of the train. They agreed to wait for me after closing time! Although I was not late, I really appreciated their efforts!
