Had a really wonderful experience with Yilan's Cityshop. Very convenient place, close to the Bus terminal and also very convenient open hours. I left my luggage with them the first day I was in Copenhagen, and on the second day it was a no brainer. You also get a 10% discount on anything in the kiosk if you book with them so that's also a plus! Thank you to Yilan's place and Bounce for making my trip wonderful!

Top tier experience with super kind people working in the store. If I come back to New Orleans, I would actually rent a bike from this store. Thats how kind and professional the staff were with our bags.
The employee when I drop off my bag was very friendly and even helpful. He took to my shopping bag without charge. Bars are turned off in a separate room. Picking up was very quick und easy.
The young lady that took our bags was so pleasant. She recommended so many good places to eat!!! We tried every place she recommended and they did not disappoint.
