The process was quick and painless!
After booking online half an hour before drop off, we found the drop off and pick up process very quick and efficient, requiring just the scanning of our QR code to verify our baggage.
When putting the address in on Google maps or clicking the provided address link it takes you somewhere completely different. It wasn’t hard to find the place after a bit of walking around the area though! Thank you for being so friendly and looking after our bags.
I walked in and was told to book through the app. It was a quick and easy process. When I picked up my bags, all I had to do was show the receipt he gave me when I dropped my bags off. Really good.
The person attending the store where we dropped our baggage was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would recommend her to anyone.
