It's all legit. Walked in said "Bounce". They give you a ticket with a number, that matches the tag they put on your luggage. They take luggage and store it in the back behind a door. We left, and on pickup we gave the ticket number, and they got our luggage for us. Worked great, and didn't have to lug our suitcases around the city for the day. Something to note is that initially on pickup they brought out two separate different suitcases. It was simply a mixup on their end of matching the right number. Not a big deal. Just tell them it's not the right one. It seems like they store a lot of luggage, as a group dropped off 6 suitcases before us. So a tip for next time is take a photo of your luggage to help. Also good idea to take a photo of the ticket number in case you lose the physical tag. Also, not an issue here, but double check the location exists on Maps. First place showed temporarily closed, so that's how we ended up at this current review location. This place pictures of the outside matched exactly, they had a Bounce sign outside, so no confusion or issues at this current place. I will gladly use this location again for future NYC day visits.

Pretty easy to find, about 7 minute walk from the bus station (FlixBus) and right on the beach so good location, dropped our bags off and explored the city and pick up was smooth as well highly recommend this spot
