Super easy drop-off and pick-up. The staff were really friendly. Luggage was stored securely behind the counter.

Entrance to building is granted by front desk which provides an extra layer of security. Front desk staff were friendly, helpful and provided us with tags for our bags. We additionally took photos as proof for later when retrieving them. The bags went into a closet which was again locked by front staff. I felt my belongings were very safe there, and the hours worked with out late flight out of Buenos Aires!

Communication was great and leaving the luggage was quick and easy. Recommended!

The staff at the store were very helpful and took great care of our luggage while we visited New York. This was a great option for us as we arrived from our cruise and had the day to explore the city before our flight. The location was only a 15 min walk from the port.
