Great location , one escalator away from train to airport . Very quick and easy to drop off and collect bags . Pre booking meant we also saved money

Very close to Ueno Station if you are staying around the area or taking the shinkansen back to the airport. I was more than 10 minutes late due to my miscalculations however the staff was very kind and understanding.

Place had elevator access, staff helped with bags, and gave us recommendations around Osaka!

Excellent customer service! Great bottle shop too. So many beers and the owner was so knowledgeable about beer. She also spoke excellent English.
