Safely locked in a back room, but you have to go up in and then back down out the back and it can be crowded. If you’re not solo, I suggest sending one person in while the others stay with all the bags outside and then walking around the storefront to the back door so you don’t have to drag your stuff through the cafe. The later evening ladies’ English skills were a little less than earlier but we managed.

This was my first experience with Bounce and it was beyond perfect. We had no trouble communicating and the spot was clean friendly helpful and easy to find. Will use this location again!

I would 100% recommend this app and location. We got back into Fort Lauderdale from a cruise and needed a place to keep our luggage before our afternoon flight. Yes, you can trust you bags while you’re away. The employee was quite nice and helpful. Will absolutely be doing this again. I wanted to leave this review as I was skeptical at first but glad I did it!
