Not much. The closing times were clearly explained to us. It didn't bother us to drop off and pick up our luggage.

Very friendly and fast service.Tbh, I was a bit sceptic (first time using this service in this manner) but after reading the comments I decided to give it a go since we couldn't afford to carry the bagpacks to 5Terre. This turned put to be very pleasant experience. Simple, reliable and fast.

It didn't say when I booked that it would be shut between 12.30 and 4pm. I had to pick up before 4 for my flight. Owner came back at 3.30 for me as a favour.

The staff were really helpful, just down the stairs opposite la Spezia, it's located in a good shop, washing machine etc. Luggage returned safley . Thank you !

Convenient location & safe storage, very helpful & polite staff, but no sign of any kind to see & it was confusing on the map address. Your site should state that to get to the location, you have to cross the street from the station and go down the stairs, and the storage location is inside a furniture store.
