The man who was looking after my bags was so nice and friendly. I would really recommend people going there.

Booking the bag drop-off was very straightforward, and depending on what’s available, the staff either place your bags in lockers or a suitable storage area. However, since this is primarily a café, during busy times the staff may be too occupied to assist promptly, leaving you waiting and trying to get their attention. I was expecting more of a self-service setup. On the plus side, it’s easy to find, conveniently located near the train station and the town center.

It was a fun activity and an awesome way to see buildings and history of Gdansk. The only thing I would have to mention as negativ, was that there was too little time to both seeing what was worth to be seen while we compeeted with time and other groups. We felt the stress, as it was almost the same(but a lot more fun)than escape room. I highly recommend it, but enjoy instead of focusing on the competition too much! Mimi

Store was closed when we went to pick up luggage at the scheduled time. I had to call the number on the door and they sent someone to open but it took some time. If we were rushing to the airport it would have been a problem.

Great service

Right around the corner from hotel, super friendly staff - and nice that I could grab breakfast while dropping off luggage. Even though my booking said until 6pm, I was told just to pick up before they closed at 8 pm. I’m a new Bounce fan, had never tried before, but will now recommend to everybody.

It's beautiful place for coffee. However ,we wanted to store our luggage there for few hours , we paid for this in advance and then came to a place and been said, there is no place for them. We had no idea how to cancel an order.So finally they took our luggage, however it would be nice, that this will be managed somehow in future ,to not accept more orders if there is no space at all.

Very charming staff. Very cute shop. Also has great food and coffee. Amazing quiet place to hang out. They love dogs! And they let me use their bathroom free of charge which is sometimes hard to come by. Will definitely go to them again! :)

We booked to leave our luggage at 11.30am,however no one was present at the hotel. I tried calling the number but with no luck. I asked a man that was hovering around for assistance who turned out to be a handyman and was let it,but he mentioned that receptionist popped out. He was very helpful and polite but receptionist didn’t turn up until 11.50am. There’s a reason why people book time slots and we had to run to make it to boat trip we booked. It was very stressful as my mum can’t walk fast and we didn’t want to walk around with our luggage for 5 hours.

Long queue, not very nice service behind the cash register, we don't know if our suitcases were not in the guest room the whole time they were stored

Collecting the suitcases was a bit of a hassle. I had to call 4 times and wait about 10 minutes in front of the closed garage until we got our suitcases back.

When I rang to collect my luggage I got through to an automated message in Polish. Thankfully after several attempts I managed to get through and someone quickly came to open up so that I could retrieve my luggage.

The door to the street was locked and looked empty. A kind lady at the bar nearby suggested I go round the back, only then did I find it. Also the button to the open gate outside was hard to find.

Some special advice.

You had to call your pin out loudly, and they just put them in the corner… when we came to collect them, there were different staff member, who didn’t speak english, and we just pointed at the bags, and he gave them to us, without pin or any questions… didn’t feel safe at all…

The guy who was helping me out was really nice, he knew English very well and agreed to give me my luggage 30 minutes later that I first put in the app. I firstly was scared to leave my things with random person, but everything went great, so I am very happy . Would recommend this store for you as well. It's also very close to Gdańsk Główny
