  • When is the last day I can accept packages?

    January 31, 2026 is the last day to accept and check in packages. After this date, the Package service will no longer be active and you should not accept any packages sent to your location.

  • What should I do if a package arrives at my location after January 31?

    Do not accept the package since you won’t be able to check it in. If a delivery courier attempts to deliver a package after January 31, 2026 please refuse the delivery. If a package is accidentally delivered or a customer arrives looking for their package, direct them to contact Bounce customer support.

  • Will I be paid for packages I accept through January 31, 2026?

    Yes. You will be paid as usual for all packages checked in through January 31, 2026. Your payment terms and schedule remain the same for all packages accepted before the service ends.

  • Does this affect my luggage storage service with Bounce?

    No. This discontinuation only applies to the Package service. Bounce luggage storage service will continue as usual and is not affected by this change.
