They were super friendly, they helped us a lot with the whole process and the collection of our luggage.

The employee who helped us seemed new and unfamiliar with the Bounce process, but she was very friendly and proactive in seeking information to ensure our service was quick. The location is excellent for those who want to shop at Sawgrass without leaving their bags in the car.

Great convenient location. Super easy to communicate with when we had time changes. They took a last minute booking because another location cancelled. Would book again if we are ever flying out of Fort Lauderdale.
