This was great for us to be able to keep exploring before our late flight! Store was a little weird to find on map but easy to access and workers were nice and bags were secured

Couldn’t have been quicker / easier for drop off and pickup. We spent a total of maybe two minutes altogether in the store. Staff was very nice as well.

They were ready for our 8 bags and tagged everything to put in the back.

This UPS store worked great. It is a busy place so we did what the delivery trucks did and parked at the curb to unload.

Very helpful staff and they secured our luggage with designated Bounce tags. Would use location again.

Easy to drop off and pick up

The only reason I'm not giving the store a 5* review is the bags were left behind the counter. The people at the UPS store were griendly and helpful. If our bags had been syored in a locked room I eoild be giving 5*. The location was convenient. In the end dropping off our luggage enen though it wasn't behind a locked doorallowed us to get out, explore the area without worrying aboit what to do with our luggage. I would use bounce again when needed.
