Extremely friendly! This IS a UPS store so you may have to wait in line depending on what time you get there, but otherwise was extremely simple and pleasant. Would use again.

Employee knows the process, he was teaching other employee how to do this. It was easy for me and I liked that. Other UPS store on zafarano dr I booked earlier said they have not done this before so I wasted my money that I already paid.

Easy and efficient!

Great service but store personnel were slow. Also, there were plenty of clerks but only one at the counter. One young lady just said “we’ll be right with you” and just stood there. No one else came to the counter and she did it again when I looked at her. Apparently, it wasn’t her job. After I picked up my luggage, I waited inside for a few minutes and overheard a store employee get into a shouting match with a customer. The Customer came unprepared to send a package and apparently the clerk said “look at the words above the” whatever it was. But that’s not important, the point is, she didn’t offer that he could purchase packaging and was kind of snarky with him. He responded in kind and it escalated from there.

The location is good, and service provided is great from a function standpoint, however the employees are slow so it takes forever to deposit and retrieve bags.
