The woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful, the luggage was well stored, and she responded promptly to my messages. The place was easy to find and well located.

They were super helpful as we ended up there due to the other location being closed. Highly recommended!

The location was awesome! We ate at the local fondas for breakfast and dinner. There is so much in walking distance, stores, markets and local places to eat. The host Cristian was excellent. We had an issue with the smoke detector and he was very expedient in having the issue repaired. The Poin is connected to the building. We ate at the hotel’s roof top restaurant and was able to enjoy watching people zip line, swing over the building and sit on the balance beam.

The place was a little hard to find, but I think that was more of a google maps issue than the instructions. The place was very secure & the service was great!

It was good. Quick, easy, and convenient . I booked it the same day to use. I would definitely use it again to start explore town and not worry about my luggages. They were quite busy. We first scan my phone when drop off. And then When I came to pick up, they asked us which one is our bags, and we told them our bags, scan my phone my phone again and leave. I mean assume we all know our bags, but if some one have the same bags or very similar bags, I wonder if that would mess up. Lol Maybe they do have their system that I just don't aware. But thanks anyways.

Place is legit. A complete godsend for me and my family. Had 12 bags and they accommodated me without any issues. Left at the place for a few hours while we were in between Airbnbs. Don’t look anywhere else and just book here.
