The receptionist is very friendly. You can leave your luggage by going inside from the main street toward the hotel reception.

Pretty easy to find, about 7 minute walk from the bus station (FlixBus) and right on the beach so good location, dropped our bags off and explored the city and pick up was smooth as well highly recommend this spot

Good location

I was a little worried because I thought I would have to show them my ID tag or some kind of identification for my bag, but they didn't give me any tags when I received my bag.

Well organized, they gave you a paper to identify your suitcase and the attendant was very friendly

The receptionist was rude to us when we walked in. She was nice towards the end though, everything else went very well

A little hard to identify from the street. A small Bounce logo in a front window would help customers, especially as the translated address given to us did not exactly match.

Provide some form of paper confirmation to the customers who drop off luggage at the hotel. Honor system is nice, but unfortunately does not inspire confidence or merchant accountability.
