Was staying in DFW area and had time between checking out of my hotel and my upcoming flight. Searched up this location to leave my bags at while I went shopping. Friendly staff and friendly prices, I paid $20 for regular and small luggage! Definitely recommend!

There is no sign, indicating the service but it is inside the cleaning store. People there are great, though

The process was easy. It took about 15 plus min to Uber to place from airport. So make sure it's the same direction you want to go. I thought it would be in walking distance so I was surprised.

Smooth experience with drop off/pick up. Great/friendly customer service, if you are in the DFW area, highly recommend to utilize Bounce to be able to enjoy without having to carry around luggage.

Easy to drop off and easy to pick up. We left 5 pieces of luggage overnight.

No issues. The only problem are the messages from the app telling that the place would close. I had to contact the place to confirm they were open.

Other reviews were right about there being no signage showing they store luggage. The luggage holding is in wal-belt cleaners business. It is not 5.90$ per bag because we were charged a 16$ fee as well. We had a lot of bags so it was 75$ for one afternoon of storage.

There is no signage, but this place is in fact #154 within the dry cleaner business. Despite reserving a “locker” online, you just leave your bags with the front desk people who give you a valet tag and place them in a closet. We had no issues but definitely think there is potential for improvement with a sign and maybe locking/securing where bags are left, hence 4 stars. But overall, worked out great and was a very reasonable price, so would use again if needed!
