The staff was working so hard, they were incredibly polite and helpful and expedient. This is the best UPS store I’ve visited. I didn’t get the employees name, but they were excellent.

The app said the location closed at 4pm so we made the booking. However, when we got there, they are only open until 3pm. Service was good otherwise.

The two guys there were very nice and helpful. Went very smoothly even though we were apparently the first people to use bounce at this UPS. Took only a couple minutes to drop off and slight shorter to pick up. Would recommend if you need to drop off your luggage for part of the day. (Also this location is open later than others nearby.)
