It was great and convenient! Very nice staff. We had an early hotel check out. Drop off was super quick! The check out process was “technically” fast. Just note it is a UPS store. So you might bump in to a large line or someone taking a long time with what they need. If you have to catch a flight make sure you coordinate time accordingly!

The staff was working so hard, they were incredibly polite and helpful and expedient. This is the best UPS store I’ve visited. I didn’t get the employees name, but they were excellent.

The app said the location closed at 4pm so we made the booking. However, when we got there, they are only open until 3pm. Service was good otherwise.

The two guys there were very nice and helpful. Went very smoothly even though we were apparently the first people to use bounce at this UPS. Took only a couple minutes to drop off and slight shorter to pick up. Would recommend if you need to drop off your luggage for part of the day. (Also this location is open later than others nearby.)
