My first time using Bounce. Drop off and pick up was extremely easy/straightforward and a so close to the Clearwater Aquarium.

The employee was really confused when we arrived with our luggage; however he was quickly able to figure it out using the reservation number. Although he never heard of sitting luggage there, he was very kind and helpful. Perhaps a heads up to the locations when there is a reservation would help to ensure the location is prepared.
