Location was easy to get to. I felt safe leaving our bags. They recognized us when we came back and already started retrieving our bags for us so we didn’t have to wait in line.

All worked great. Easy to find, friendly service. Wish the hours went a little later but we knew the latest pick up time when we booked so we planned accordingly.

The employee was really confused when we arrived with our luggage; however he was quickly able to figure it out using the reservation number. Although he never heard of sitting luggage there, he was very kind and helpful. Perhaps a heads up to the locations when there is a reservation would help to ensure the location is prepared.
