They scanned the QR code, staff were nice, and my pickup/drop off experiences were seamless. Great time and highly recommend this place. They’re a hotel so they are open 24/7 and I even picked up my bags on Christmas Day.

Easy to book and friendly staff at the Aparthotel. However, on the app when booking it wasn't clear what day you were booking for so I just had to assume I was booking for the following day. Also there was a slight delay in returning my bag to me when I went to pick it up and the Uber driver was waiting. Thanks

Exceptional service! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The drop off and pick up process was so simple.

The experience was really good. I showed the agent the QR code and was able to leave my bags. There was a number of security guards guarding the place and when it was time to pick up my bags it was a seamless process.

This is a much needed service. It was quick, seamless and easy to drop off the bags and pick them up. The staff were kind and pleasant.
