Very friendly staff and really easy drop off and pickup.

This was such a wonderful option in Alexandria. This UPS is in close proximity to the train station (5 blocks or so) and provided a great way to manage our luggage between when our AirBnb check-out time occurred and our train left. Thank you!

Super easy and convenient. Needed to store luggage last minute and I found Bounce, which listed this store as a location to store luggage. Staff was great and it was super quick.

The luggage drop-off was quick and easy, the staff were friendly. We were given a printed document with the code, which seemed safe. They told us to leave our luggage next to some boxes, but they didn't identify the luggage in front of us. When we went to collect our luggage, they were going to give us two wrong luggage. In other words, they don't identify the luggage correctly and you could end up with swapped or missing luggage.

It was very easy and fast to store luggage. Good service!

Everything was great about our experience. It would be useful to have a Bounce sticker in the window, to give the company more exposure.

I think the staff can smile and greet the customer in a friendlier way as a Bounce customer such as “enjoy your day and we will take good care of your luggage.” Just something simple like that. More thoughts. They could have said where they wanted the luggage to sit while they put on the tags. We were a large group and maybe a bit in the way. We had to initiate and ask more then we should have. Great location however. And all did go smoothly for drop off and pick up!

We used the site in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. We were able to store our bags, have a leisurely lunch, and shop before leaving for our plane later in the afternoon. I was helpful and convenient.

Since we can't leave carry on bags at the Airport (in a Locker any more), and many of us use Air B&B type lodging (Where there is no Courtesy bag check for pick up after checkout) this service fills a very specific and needed option for travelers. Easy, quick, convenient.
