I already sent a package. Will it still be accepted?
It depends on when it arrives: - Arrives by January 31, 2026: Yes, our partners will accept it. - Arrives after January 31, 2026: No, it will be refused. Check your tracking information to see when your package will arrive. If it's scheduled to arrive after January 31, 2026 contact your shipping carrier immediately to redirect it to a different address.
When is the last day I can send packages to a Bounce location?
You can no longer send new packages to Bounce locations. However, if you already sent a package before receiving this notice and it arrives by January 31, 2026, our partners will still accept it. Important: After January 31, 2026 all packages will be refused, since the service will no longer be active.
What should I do if I have a package arriving after January 31, 2026?
You have two options: - Redirect it: Contact your shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and change the delivery address before it arrives. - Contact us: If you're unsure when your package will arrive or need help, email us at support@bounce.com with your tracking number.
What will happen to my subscription?
Your subscription will automatically be cancelled on January 31, 2026. You don't need to do anything. If you paid for a monthly subscription, we'll refund you in full.
