I was hesitant at first due to few reviews but my personal experience for dropoff and pickup was a breeze! Will definitely consider them again when I visit Fuk again. :)

Easy and quick. Dropped off our suitcases while we travelled to Korea and picked them back up when we returned. Saved a lot of time and effort.
Staff was friendly and greeted us outside when we came to drop them off. Would recommend
