I feel like this store needs to have better handling our luggage. Coming back from our day to the confusion of where our luggage was scary. You need to have this business separated from your concert business. Also a phone number that is staffed during business hours not a voicemail. This was not a good experience. Disappointed.

I was expecting for my bags to be put in locked lockers or room, not just left behind the counter. They were out of sight but were still simply in the main service area. It meant I had to carry stuff with me for the day that I didn't want to leave unlocked.

Sugar space was great! Would use again.

It was super easy to use and I appreciate the woman going through extra steps to make sure she was giving the correct luggage to the right person! Everyone was very friendly too!
