Everything was perfect

It was super easy to find and when we were ready to pick up our luggage we had no issues. I would use them again.

Compared to other luggage storage they have lower prices and the service is good

Very practical, pleasant person at the reception, but very little visible hotel plate at the entrance and luggage deposit not mentioned. Is on the 1st floor, without indication. Despite this, we recommend the BOUNCE service and application, very easy to book!

My only concern is that during my visit the elevator was out of order and we had to carry our luggage to the first floor by the stairs by hand.

No problem, it's just a little complicated to find the point. Without indications, it is a hostel and not a hotel. Only a plate on the intercom with the name of the hostel. Kind and reassuring people. We only communicated in English.

Perfect, fast service

It is really good option, leave baggage there. Only few minutes from centrum and train/bus station.

Lovely service. Location wasn’t clearly marked so it was confusing to find it at first. Centrally located, felt secure.

The address wasn't so easy to find, but there were no problems

Dropping off luggage was quick and easy. Very close to the station and the bus terminal, everything perfect!

Difficult to find

Slightly difficult to find as its on the 3rd floor. Easy drop off and pick up, convenient location near the station.

Very shady place, the bags are in the lobby where everybody passes by, did not really feel secure leaving everything there but in the end nothing got stolen (so it at least seems upon the first check) and it is super close to the train station so would definitely recommend.

Nothing to move, perfect, a little waiting for drop-off and pick-up because no one answers the doorbell, you have to insist strongly. This is the small downside, and the person had not looked at their bounce reservations, she did not know why we were coming, not practical with the language barrier.
